Phillip Stringfield is the CEO of Patriot Se7en who, has transitioned from his position as the 8th State Command Sergeant Major and senior Enlisted Advisor of the Georgia Army National Guard based on Dobbin Air Reserve base in Marietta, Georgia.
Mr. Stringfield has held a number of key leadership and staff positions in his 35 years of active Army service to this great Nation. His exceptional ability to lead and command in combat has landed him in numerous positions and gave him the tools he needs in order to successfully help Service Members transition to civilians post military service. Patriot Se7en mission will be help veterans in all area of transitioning, from finding the right job or the starting their own business.
Mr. Stringfield has experienced firsthand what it is like for a Service Member to go through the resume writing and interviewing process with no formal training, in hopes of finding employment. He has the appropriate leadership skills to create and execute a plan for Service Members who find themselves at a dead end close to, or after their retirement date. His goal is to offer a seamless transition from uniform to business suit. He believes that being proactive is the only way to be and plans to prove this theory using Patriot Se7en
